Three things Workforce Dimensions customers need to know about Kronos KnowledgeMap

June 19, 2018

One of my favorite quotes is this…

It’s impossible to map out a route to your destination if you don’t know where you’re starting from. – Suze Orman

resource-ref-sv0272.jpgThe first step in any journey is figuring out where to begin. I thought of this quote when I sat down to write about Kronos KnowledgeMap™ – yes, initially because the two share the word map, but the more relevant connection is that Kronos KnowledgeMap is the first stop, your starting point, on your route to education success.

So, let me highlight three need-to-know facts about your Workforce Dimensions learning experience.

  1. Discover on your own time: The Kronos KnowledgeMap site contains self-paced tutorials, how-to simulations, and job aids that are available to you any time you need them. Simply log in to the Kronos Community, click on the Learn tab at the top of the page, choose Workforce Dimensions, and select Kronos KnowledgeMap under Training Offerings. You can filter for content by product, role, course type, and onboarding and post-deployment phases.
  2. Complete and track instructor-led training: You can sign up for courses led by Kronos Certified Instructors with a subscription to Kronos KnowledgeMap Live. Instructor-led trainings are 2- to 4-hour live courses in a structured online environment. Learners can track and monitor progress with reporting and practice their new skills in solution sandboxes. Check out the comprehensive course list on the KnowledgeMap site to get a glimpse of subscription-based learning topics.
  3. Access to the User Adoption Resource Center: Also available with a subscription to Kronos KnowledgeMap Live, the User Adoption Resource Center provides coaching and tools that help you accelerate user adoption and solution confidence. You can work directly with a Kronos User Adoption Consultant to develop individualized success plans and to determine how to best put the resources, tools, and templates to work for you.

For questions about Kronos KnowledgeMap, don’t hesitate to post in the Workforce Dimensions group in the Kronos Community. If you’d like, you can start your education journey right now with this quick at-a-glance introduction to Kronos KnowledgeMap.
