Building Energy

May 15, 2017

“The law of conservation of energy, a fundamental concept of physics, states that the total amount of energy remains constant in an isolated system. It implies that energy can neither be created nor destroyed, but can be changed from one form to another.”

New Kronos HQ in Lowell, MA

OK, I’m not going to dispute a fundamental law of physics, but our move to a new corporate headquarters in Lowell, MA is creating energy. Maybe it’s the “isolated system” thing. The new building is a new atmosphere of charged particles and people. As Darth Vader might have said, “I sense something. An energy I’ve not felt since…” Well, I get over to the new digs about once a week to meet with fellow Kronites, and the energy in the place is amazing.

With our employee engagement already at 87%, and with Kronos being a best workplace for women, AND just being named a “best employer” by Forbes for the 3rd straight year, what will all this added energy and excitement bring to the business?  What I’m seeing and experiencing is more collaboration leading to more innovation leading to more value and more successful outcomes for customers. So if you’re looking for a “great place to work,” we have over 180 open positions

We may be “pushing 40” as a company, but maybe 40 really is the new 20…
