I could’ve had a v8!

May 27, 2015

12At the amazing community conference I attended last week, Scott Heiferman, CEO of Meetup showed two very interesting slides on the evolution of photography. One slide showed the impact of technology advances, and the next showed the real impact. The second slide (right) provided the big picture perspective and true impact of advancing technology – cameras in our phones.

WFC8-100x100I’m feeling a bit of that perspective today with the launch of Workforce Central 8. In an upcoming v8 webinar, you can see and hear all about the reimagined user experience, new industry capabilities, insightful reporting and analytics, and global deployments, but as someone here since Workforce Central started with a 3, I think it’s important to step back and look at the big picture. The new Workforce Central is not just version 8, it’s all the advances in workforce management introduced over the years with v4, 5, 6, 7, and every point release in between.

And speaking of reimagined user experience, one of our v8 videos is called Working with Kronos. In it, one of our customers talks about her experience:

“I don’t know if Kronos hires nice or trains nice,
but they have the nicest people I’ve ever worked with.”
Gretchen Stalboerger – Shooting Star Casino

How’s that for big picture? So when you’re looking for a workforce management solution, or if you’re already a Kronos Workforce Central customer considering an upgrade to the cloud, I hope you choose wisely, and never experience the head slapping moment of…

“I could’ve had a v8!”
