Tough to compete with less talent

January 20, 2014

Early Sunday evening, I posted the following on Facebook:

“Game summary: Coach Belichick took GM Belichick’s talent way further than it warranted.”

Watching the game, it was so obvious the Denver Broncos had more talent on the field, and at most of the key positions, too. Quarterback. Defensive line. Receiver. In any organization, no matter how good your processes, systems or coaching, superior talent will usually prevail. That’s why Kenexa, Taleo, and SuccessFactors were acquired by IBM, Oracle, and SAP respectively for a combined $6.6 billion dollars. The three companies help organizations acquire and manage talent. And yes, Kronos does that, too, with hiring and HR solutions… from the cloud.

Speaking of talent, we’re always looking to improve ours, so if you can hit open receivers with long passes, rush the quarterback effectively, or have expertise in enterprise software or cloud computing, check out our over 100 open positions.

Now let’s go Seahawks! And no, I’m not bitter…
