Fact or Fiction?

October 23, 2013

This is a guest blog by Terri Edkins, a Senior Services Marketing Manager at Kronos. Terri likes dogs, and maybe cats even more. She also likes Bob.
20131023-064321.jpgI didn’t notice him at first. It was his companion that caught my eye. After watching this cutie for a few seconds, I turned my attention to the man walking him. He was older, but his strides were full of energy and he was dressed in jeans and work boots. No yuppie designer stuff for this guy: he was using a long rope as a leash and carrying plastic grocery bags for the inevitable clean up. I continued to see them every day walking in front of the train station. I wondered about the man. Did his work boots suggest a construction job? How did he find himself with a well, less than masculine dog? And finally, how endearing is it that such a tough looking man finds so much obvious joy in his dog? I was creating a fictional story without knowing anything about them. It’s what we do when we don’t have all the facts.

Then there’s Bob.

20131023-064420.jpgNo need to fill in a back story with him. He’s been a Kronos consultant for many years and knows how to help our customers upgrade their workforce management software. Join Bob on October 29th at 2:00 EST for his Upgrading to Workforce Central 7 webinar, and you’ll get the real story on why and how you should upgrade. That’s a fact.
