Is it KronosLive or is it..?

September 19, 2013

EllamemorexSometimes I wonder if my cultural references are too dated, and if I should be watching “Breaking Bad” so I can reference it… Anyway, I don’t think I can go wrong with a reference to the “First Lady of Song” breaking a glass with her voice. So there. In the brilliant ad, viewers learned you couldn’t tell if it was live singing or Memorex. The ad worked. I sure had a few Memorex tapes back in the day…

KronosLive was the branding for local customer conferences we held this Spring and Summer. Live. “In person,” with humans you could touch within the bounds of professional behavior and with respect to personal space… The conferences provided learning and meeting opportunities for customers who often couldn’t make it to our annual Big Lebowski, KronosWorks. Now with virtual conference technology, we offer the freebie, Virtual KronosLive. The next “live” um, Virtual KronosLive will be on Thursday, October 3 from 2:00 – 3:00 p.m. ET, and we’ll present “Customizing a Kronos Report” with Kronos Training Specialist Beth Ann Davis. Yeah, it’s like free training. Other recorded webinars on the site include a Workforce Central 7 overview, Workforce Timekeeper Tips and Tricks, a Workforce Tablet session, and of course, a tour of the Kronos Cloud.

Virtual KronosLive is a cool, clean environment with great resources for Kronos customers. It’s safe, too. I can assure you, Beth Ann will not sing. Well, not high enough to do any damage, anyway…

Your cultural reference works for this ol’ timer… The decision is still out whether I will be able to attend the KronosWorks conference this year. I really appreciate the link to the Virtual KronosLive even if it turns out that I am able to attend KronosWorks!

Thanks for your comment, although “ol’ timer” stung a bit… Please let me know if you’re headed to KronosWorks. Leo
