The Working Smarter Café is a place to share services experiences and ideas on how to improve them.  Technology services should always help customers work smarter, so we’ll look to share that knowledge and collectively benefit.  Chief services blogger and espresso maker Leo Daley has been in high-tech for longer than he can actually remember. For NEC Technologies in the ’90’s he managed service partners, walk-in service centers, major service accounts, service contracts and business development. Since 2000 for Kronos, he’s worked in bizdev, solution program development, and services marketing. Now he’s a (self-described) content marketing machine. Somewhere in between NEC and Kronos, he ran an independent record label with two partners and they’re all still friends…

Oh, and he’s been blogging since 2005.
