How’s Your Kronos Yoga Practice?

Yoga-BusinessSince about the first of March I’ve been doing yoga targeted at easing back pain, and it’s working. Today is International Day of Yoga and here are 10 Undeniable Reasons You Should Be Doing Yoga. For me, there’s also a real meditative benefit to yoga, resulting in less stress and a better ability to deal with life’s adversity. However, neither the physical nor mental benefits happen overnight. The way I describe it is that whether extending a pose or stretching toward inner calm, I’m striving for just one millimeter of improvement at a time. Then over time there are real, noticeable improvements. Your mileage may vary.

As it relates to your Kronos Yoga practice, are you seeing a millimeter of improvement every day?
