Significance of Sixteen

This week I’m getting a little taste of working in Pacific (or does Arizona have their own time zone? I still can’t figure it out, and when I missed breakfast yesterday it occurred to me my phone may also be confused…) Time when corporate headquarters is on the East Coast. The 6AM conference calls are especially fun. I imagine it’s even more untimely in some of our global locations. Anyway, at 6-something here, I’m happy to say Melissa Spinella has some great news in a guest-post today!

The number 16 has significance in many areas – it’s the minimum age for a driver’s license in the U.S., it’s the number of regular season games for each NFL team, and it’s the number of pawns in a chess set. But the most significant of all, at least in the Kronos world, is our sixteen YEARS of excellence in customer satisfaction! Kronos recently received the NorthFace ScoreBoard AwardSM from the Omega Management Group Corp. for excellence in customer satisfaction for 2015 – one of only two companies to have done so and the only cloud company!  Here’s a look at just some of the numbers:

We receive customer experience data through our voice of the customer program – specifically, through our customer surveys. We surveyed over 10,000 Kronos customers in 2015 on a regular basis about topics such as:

  • Customer Satisfaction Survey (Business)
  • Customer Satisfaction with Implementations
  • Customer Satisfaction with Software Support
  • Customer Satisfaction with Education
  • Customer Satisfaction with Depot Support

The Omega Management Group, an independent third-party company that specializes in customer experience management (CEM), then audits the results of the satisfaction surveys from our customers.

Kronos also makes it a priority to seek out customer feedback, ideas, recommendations and comments through many channels and we use them to improve our products and services, like Kronos® Paragon™ and KnowledgePass. We ask, we listen, and we improve.

At Kronos, we put customer experience first and strive to provide our customers with the experience they expect every day. Now on to seventeen!

    Arizona has it’s own timezone and they do not follow daylight savings time. That was one of the great things about growing up there, no adjusting to a new time twice a year. Enjoy your trip Leo!
