The Big Review Push

Today’s guest blog is by Melissa Spinella, Services Marketing Manager.

It’s the start of employee performance review season here at Kronos. One of the first steps is to gather feedback from co-workers who have worked with the employee to get a review of their experience. This feedback is honest, candid, and, in my case, pushes me to be the best employee and co-worker I can be.

The same is true when it comes to review sites in the technology space. A customer’s experience, whether it’s good or not so good, provides the company with concrete feedback and, for Kronos, paves the way to product AND process improvements. We take ALL feedback seriously, we know that the customer has taken the time out of their busy day to pass along their experience to others, and we appreciate their honesty and candor.

So, are you a part of any of the communities below? If so, write a review, tell others about your experience working with Kronos, and help us learn and grow to be the best company we can be!
