ACA SCOTUSLast week flags were in the news. Some came down, and others the color of the rainbow waved. The Supreme Court was busy closing out their 2014-2015 session and released rulings that history will be the ultimate judge.

One of their decisions upheld the right of the Federal government under the Affordable Care Act (ACA) to provide tax subsidies to help poor and middle-class people buy health insurance. This is the second time provisions of the law have been upheld in the Supreme Court, yet there have been around 50 attempts to repeal it in the US House of Representatives.
