1,000 Words on Kronos Education
Yesterday Penelope (not her real name) and I met with Kathy (her real name), our business leader responsible for a team that educates thousands of customer employees each year to use our products, from Workforce Central core offerings to our advanced workforce analytics. I think Kathy’s education team is a real differentiator for Kronos. Why? Well, she has a strong organization of curriculum developers and trainers creating and delivering training to thousands of customer employees every year. Following a rigid curriculum development process (who knew there was one?), they are constantly producing educational content for classroom delivery, private delivery, train the trainer, and for KnowledgePass, our e-Learning subscription service, also used by thousands of organizations today in all industries served by Kronos.
Since no two organizations are alike, and many have specific terminology, configurations, or unique workflows to be reinforced, Kathy has a custom team that tailors training content to reflect an organizations specific implementation of Kronos solutions. She also has user adoption experts (yeah, they exist) that work with customers to get every employee engaged with the new way of working so their workforce management investment pays off faster and more fully. OK, wait. Actually when I wrote the title to this post, I intended to simply mail it in with a picture to illustrate 1,000 words on the broad impact Kronos Education has on our customers. Here it is.
