The State of the Union… can be more optimistic

January 28, 2014

SOTUThe annual State of the Union address is tonight, and 71 percent of Americans polled by are dissatisfied with the state of the economy according to a new NBC News/Wall Street Journal poll.

Two things I’ve read recently have me a bit more optimistic:

About 60% of those polled indicated they’re satisfied with their own financial situation, and I’d have to say that’s the case here at Kronos. I’ve been here almost 14 years, and we’ve fared well in every type of economy. It seems that helping organizations control costs, improve productivity, and minimize compliance risk never polls downward, and with customer demand increasing for our applications via the cloud, we’re meeting it Workforce Ready for small to mid-sized (SMB) organizations and Workforce Central in the cloud for larger enterprises.

Yeah, there’s quite a bit of optimism here, and it’s growing. If you’re interested in learning more about opportunities at Kronos, check out our careers page.
