Great Government Pumpkin at Midnight?

September 30, 2013

Don't get politicalThanks for the advice, Al… So the healthcare exchanges provision of Affordable Care Act is scheduled to go into effect at midnight. For those of you keeping score at home, the law is also called “Obamacare” by some. Coincidentally, the United States government may also shut down at the strike of the clock because opponents of the legislation in Congress do not want to fund it. Here are 20 questions on that. I guess businesses can continue to “wait and see” what happens, but most impacted (CNN says 3% of small businesses, but that’s still thousands…) are actually running a business, so they’re planning how to comply.
