This morning as I mentally crossed off from my list of blog ideas, “The 2012 Red Sox as an HR study in disengaged employees,” and “It’s not just the end of summer, it’s the beginning of school,” someone’s search algorithm put this Gizmodo story in front of me:
Overall, I’m an Apple promoter and own an iPad that I love. This weekend, (Play)Joyce announced she thinks she’s “ready for an iPhone.” I guess she’s finally tired of sending text messages the old fashioned way… I’m not sure if I’ll wait for the rumored iPhone5 for her, or just go with this so she can ease into the new technology.
Anyway… Given Apple’s performance, you’d think retailers would be committing the training manual to corporate memory, but not everyone is a fanboy/girl of APPL or the Genius Bar. Some online publications had a decidedly different spin on Apple’s Secret Genius Sauce:
